Guided self-help
Guided self help is available for: generalised anxiety disorder; social anxiety; health anxiety; depression; panic; OCD and specific phobia.
Aims of the course
The main aim of self-help is for you to take control in learning how to make positive changes to how you think and what you do to help you feel better. Through the course you’ll learn a range of coping strategies to help you to become your ‘own therapist’, so that you can manage your mood and/ or anxiety effectively and prevent future setbacks.
Type of course
Guided self-help. You will work through a workbook individually and answer a number of questionnaires to monitor your progress. You will have a two-weekly, 30 minute review with a wellbeing coach to support you using the coping strategies.
