Aims of the course
Taking part in activity where you can socialise and receive peer support can have a positive impact on mental wellbeing. Building social and support networks can reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Type of course
Groups are run across the district and include a range of activities including games groups, mindfulness, relaxation and peer support. Groups are free to access and once you join you can continue attending for as long as you want.
