Aims of the course
Are you getting snappy at your loved ones or acting out of character? Behaviour like this can be down to your mood, it can affect your thinking, behaviour, actions and emotions and in in this course we will look at overcoming low mood one step at a time.
Type of course
The course is delivered in six sessions each lasting two hours and forms part of a group based session of between eight and 24 people.
Who this course may benefit
The course is one which focuses on the here and now and is based on cognitive behavioural therapy techniques and helps people understand the thoughts that keep low mood going, and how our actions affect how we feel.
